Holding a CIBTAC UK Diploma Level IV, Klaudia Fraser began her professional journey in the beauty and wellness industry with a strong foundation in international standards.

Since 2016, Klaudia has successfully operated in Indonesia as a vendor and outsourcing partner under the Irish Spa brand, collaborating with more than 35 hotels across Indonesia, including luxury hotels and five-star resorts. Her experience spans both Indonesia and Australia, shaping a deep understanding of premium spa operations and guest expectations.

Driven by an enduring passion for beauty and wellness, her journey continues with the expansion of LAVEGA Spa in Brisbane, Australia. This new chapter proudly introduces Indonesian-inspired spa rituals to an international audience.
